there was a mouse in our room so we had to be moved. later that day we discovered they had placed someone else in our old room just a couple of hours after the mouse. Total lack of communication from staff regards payment and deposits. We were undercharged but instead of contacting us they took 240 pounds out of my account unauthorised, using my card details from which id paid for the room. I have written a letter of complaint about the terrible stay and as yet, 2 weeks on, I have not received any form of apology from the management. I would strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for the night last week. On the photos from the website we booked the hotel on it looks very modern and stylish. Dont be fooled though.The rooms and corridors are tiny, and the cleanliness is quite clearly not an issue for the hotel staff. In our room we found two childrens toys and a packet of cigarettes on the floor when we pulled the covers back on the bed. The bathroom was also dirty and old looking. The room was absolutely boiling all night and you could hear water going through the pipes just to keep you awake. Also with our room (room 3) being near the carpark staff were constantly going in and out of the building, and certainly had no respect for the guests as they marched up and down the corridors at all hours. We hardly got a wink of sleep. There is a very secure carprk to the rear of the building but you are charged £7.50 per day to stay in it and if you decide to go out for the night/ day in the car you have to pull up at the front of the hotel and ask the receptionist to open the gates as there is no intercom on the carpark gate.
All in all I was glad we were only staying for the night and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
