The Chaya Village Habarana (the hotel has changed its name just to confuse you).
This was a great hotel, we stayed here for a week, it was part of our tour with the travel collection, the staff were very friendly, a great selection of food, including veggie.
Very nice location with a lake at the bottom, you can also take a Elephant ride from the other side of the lake which I can highly recommend. Good location for visiting Sigiria & Dambulla.
The elephants and spices tour is highly recommended, but the second hotel is not so good, The tropical villas.
