Just back from a three day stay at this hotel. It is ultra modern and stylish, but was very disappointed with their services during my stay.
They failed to inform me on check in, that breakfast finished one hour earlier (due to the holidays), so I missed it the first morning as all the information in the rooms said different.
Then on New Years day went to check out and they where still serving until midday. The restaurant was closed at lunch times and closed earlier in the evenings.
Went to go for a swim only to be told the leisure suit closed at 3pm during the holidays, but this was my holiday!
But I think the worst thing is that none of the windows open in the hotel they only have air con which is really not adequate, and the rooms are very stuffy.
Our friends decided to check out early for this reason.
