The Glendower Hotel

Delidghtfull Hotel recently refurbuished. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and very well presented.

First impressions of this hotel are good. Located on the sea front at Lytham, with plentiful car parking space. Upon entering the hotel the reception was staffed and service is immediate. Both the reception and restaurant look as though they have been recently refurbished and are to a good, contemporary standard. This was the third time I have stayed as part of a group of 55 guests. Rooms are very pleasant and so are most of the staff. However the restaurant manager and his attitude really let the side down. At 9AM we arrived at breakfast to experience a complete fiasco. Everything apart from the main breakfast was buffet style- except there was no buffet.
