Small lift which doesn't go to top floor so if mobility is important issue, check which floor you are placed on. If a view is important, ask to overlook Tyn Square. Only downside is breakfast. Mainly cold continental type. They are catering for many tastes and each morning there was a different choice - most of which quite disappointing.
There is a cafe within 20 yards though that do the full range if you like a cooked breakfast. Would definitely come to this hotel again.
