Classy little boutique style hotel which I couldn't fault for the money.
Stayed 1 night with my wife on a trip to see Manchester United which was less than a 5 minute walk away.
Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, secure parking and furnished to a standard I would associate with a larger 4 star hotel.
Big spacious room with tasteful decor well equipped with decent size TV, tea & coffee facilities and a posh en-suite bathroom.
Cosy, comfortable traditional style bar & restaurant which offers a great choice of steaks if you’re a steak man like me! Highly recommended, quite a find!

This hotel is great, a true hidden gem. I did read comments on other web sites, but some people want the Ritz don't they?
The decor could do with being updated around the hotel, but the room I stayed in was lovely room 11. The bathrooms look like they have been have been recently re-furbished with shower gel, soap and shampoo which I don't use as a rule but was nice to see. The room had flat screen TV and a lovely stocked tea tray, iron, Ironing board and trouser press.
I had a meal in the restaurant which is a Steak house but other dishes can be found. I had the Sirloin Steak with a pepper sauce, it was the best I've tasted in a long time. Not sure on the sweets, I had a chocolate fudge thing but it looked very dry as if it had been stood somewhere for a long time. The staff were okay and the red wine was good.
Check out was excellent, very quick and no trouble. I have checked out at hotels where I have to query my bill but it was faultless.
The reception staff are great, very helpful in answering all my questions. All in all the hotel is very nice and I will be back very soon.
