What a hotel

I've been to Manchester and slept in the Copperheads Hotel. We came there and the first thing the owner/ manager told us was that we wouldn't get breakfast! Why? Because we booked on Internet... We could have breakfast if we would pay 3,90 each time... Our room was ok, but there were cracks in the wall and the window wouldn't stay open, so we had to use the bible to keep it open. By the way, the other review say that you'll get cookies in youre thea basket, well, we didn't. The milk was also not good anymore, it supose to be...
