Amazing! ... Firstly i must say this hotel isnt really family orientated, if your young, have teenagers and a party animal then this hotel is perfect!
I went to the las vegas hotel with 5 of my friends, 17 years old and this hotel is really under-rated! we dreaded deciding who would have the camp bed.. and it turned out there wasnt a camp bed! there were 3 comfy single beds! the rooms were cleaned everyday, they were not dirty , and the bathrooms were very clean... but the maids did tend not to really was the bath/shower and sinks often.
we had a GREAT balcony view, overlooking beautiful looking italian men! and spanish men... great view of the sunset in the evenings, but if you want a quiet night dont expect to get one because the hotels location is bang in the middle of everything, i.e all the bars and clubs!
If you go to salou, the best clubs to check out are 007, BUS STOP, SNOEPYS, theyr all the places where young people hang out. if u want an all night, KISS is the place to be.
the beach was a literal 3 minute walk from the hotel, they have all watersports there, but the beach does get VERY busy, but not that busy where u cant walk anywhere without having to push your way past.
the hotel staff are friendly, most of them speak english, and it is respectful and they find it nice if you can atleast say hola, and gracias to them. the reception staff are nice, but if youve just come in from a late night, the night shift guy on reception does tell you to shut up often.
Also at the hotel, is a 'security guard' who works the night shift and who is an AMAZING person! hes called miguel, or as we like to call him diango, he wears the same orange shirt every day, but we just fell in love with him. he truely is amazing!
the food in the restaurant is good, the waiters/es are a bit rude, theyr english isnt good, so you could do with a translater.
the excurions are good the jeep safari is a must, and so is portaventura1
Salou itself is a very nice place, i would vist it again, and this would DEFINATELY be the hotel to stay in, its location is perfect!
if you are young , you will love this hotel!

We're just back from 2 weeks at Hotel Las Vegas. The Hotel was lovely very clean staff very friendly (barmen in some cases a bit too flirty). The staff also vey friendlyr towards children i had my 2year old son with me and they did always stop and speak to him. The food was good in most cases breakfast did get a bit repetitive. Dinner was the same in was nice but had same thing nearly every week. Alot of French German etc people go to the hotel but there was some english and the staff spoke very good english. The bedrooms were cleaned every morning please be warned that if you fancy a lie in and havent put the sign do not disturb out the cleaners knock the door and walk straight in. Be also warned that the cleaners do have a nosey aboutand a pair of trousers went missing out of the room and a pile of crisps where ate as well. There air con in the room which is good hair dryer which id recommend u bring your own as it wasnt very good. T.v which did only ave 2 english speaking channels which where the news. The walls of the rooms where thin and u could hear the ones in the next room in the corridor and the people above you. at night the hotel at the the back of hotel las vegas could of got =noisy and they would of partied all night this did keep me awake some nights.

This hotel was one of the best i have been to, the hotel itself was clean and a friendly environment with 3 swimming pools, the meals at night was lovely giving you a variety of choice. depending on what you liked but they certainly did cater for all needs. Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel in july 2008, and we definately would come back again, i would reccomend this to anyone whos up for a good time including families, the location was perfect with just a walk away from the beach and town, and entertainment at night. I would rate4 this hotel a 9/10 for just the way our holiday went, the rooms had everything you needed and was clean. There is so much to do in salou, and a visit to Portaventura and Aquapolis is a must see, aswell as taking a walk across the long sandy beaches! This holiday was a great choice and we couldnt of changed anything about it!

There were 8 of us in total staying at The Las Vegas, 6 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect.. literally a 2 minute walk to the beach or town with some rooms even having sea-views.
The evening meals are exceptionally varied and were always fresh and most importantly hot. The best thing being the selection of vegetables, as most Spanish hotels just seem to have salad carts.
The Las Vegas had at least 3 different vegetable choices each night.
We were disappointed with the breakfast buffet though after so much effort going into the evening meals - it was the same everyday and we quickly became bored with it.
The swimming pools are spacious but do attract the shade so you have to move around throughout the day. The pool bar and main bar were good value for money and the waiters friendly.
The only let down of this hotel for us was the evening entertainment - not so much the lack of it but how poorly thrown together it was. The kids club is also very Spanish orientated so the mini disco wasn't of much use to our children but the Spanish children staying there loved it.!
The girls working on the reception desk are the most helpful and friendly lot I've come across - nothing was too much trouble for them and their English was spot on.!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time.
The only downside is that on a few occasions our neighbours were noisy but hey, you can expect that in most places.
The staff in the hotel were fantastic, our rep was always there when she said she would be, the food was great and yes sometimes you did have to queue but we always got there first!
The location was great you could either choose to climb the hill (to burn off dinner) to enter the hotel or use the cheat’s way which we did...
Three pools with this hotel and we could have went to a different one each day but the one that catered for kids was quieter would you believe and we loved it!
Had a great time and met some lovely people will definitely go back to Salou one day and if we do it will be the same hotel!

Just arrived back from 2 weeks in the Las Vegas hotel. First time abroad for my partner and myself.
This hotel could not be in a better location. What a lovely hotel really clean and tidy, the maids that cleaned the rooms are really good. They changed the towels when ever needed, made the beds every day, and cleaned the floor when ever it needed. Shame we can’t say the same about the bar staff or the night security. We had a problem with the night security, he thought that my partner wasn’t supposed to be in the hotel and instead of asking for the security passes they had given us, and he motioned to me that he shouldn’t have been there! As you can imagine my jaw hit the floor. The next day I made a complaint to the Manageress of the hotel (really nice lady) she could not believe what had happened and could not apologise enough.
Right the food what can we say about that except we ate out a lot (Gabbers Bar on the high street), if you like Spanish food then ok it’s for you, did not like to queue every night as by the time you got through it, the food was cold. YUK. The dining room staff were very nice and polite. But we did not like being told that we had to sit with someone else every night (mind you the girls we sat with were nice so I suppose it was not too bad). If you did not turn up for your meals at the time stated (two sittings 7 & 8.30 o'clock) then you didn’t get your meal.
The pools are lovely no problems getting a sun bed when we wanted one (though we are not for sitting round the pool all day rather be out and about).
The evening entertainment the first week was really good didn’t expect that but the second week was not as good but it was ok.
Overall we still had a great holiday, loved flying both of us, can’t wait to go on holiday again.

This hotel could not be in a better location, the beach was only 100 yards from hotel.
What a lovely hotel really clean and tidy. The rooms were fine, but rather small, the maids that cleaned the rooms are really good. They changed the towels when ever needed, made the beds every day, and cleaned the floor when ever it needed.
The food was a bit repetitive and did not like to queue every night as by the time you got through it, the food was cold. The dining room staff were very nice and polite.
We did not like being told that we had to sit with someone else every night as your allocated your table number at arrival. If you did not turn up for your meals at the time stated (two sittings 7 & 8.30 o'clock) then you didn’t get your meal.
The pools were lovely, usual shortage of sun beds, guess what they were reserved with towels very early in the morning.
The evening entertainment wasn’t really geared for my age it was more for the middle aged to elderly.
Overall we still had a fabulous holiday.

Not the worst or best holiday of my life. This was a last minute booking after our holiday was cancelled so no miracles expected. Not a tour operator I would use again, porterage, as advertised, never materialized, problematic being disabled. The interchange was absolute hell, no seats, 90 min wait each way, crowds of people trying to listen to announcements and dragging luggage quite some distance.
Our main coach driver was surly, ignored us all totally, offered no assistance whatsoever getting on and off coach, even to disabled - kept his back turned. On return we had no comfort stops between Dover and Coventry Interchange so he could get back giving us an even longer wait at Interchange. The onboard toilets were horrendous by then we were all so desperate. However the hostess, Sue, was excellent.
The hotel was clean, the food good, though repetitive, the English breakfast was lovely, though usual Spanish bacon.
The pools were lovely, usual shortage of sun beds, guess what they were reserved with towels very early in the morning.
The rooms were fine, but rather small and my main complaint was I would have expected a bed, perhaps I am too demanding. I was not happy spending my holiday on a camp bed pushed up against a wall of repeatedly painted woodchip that ripped the skin off my arms every time I moved. A definite bad mark here.
The shops were the usual, but had fun bargaining, the market was miles away and no different or cheaper than shops.
The beach was only 100 yards from hotel, packed solid and the water black and thick with seaweed. Plenty of water sports but all mixed in with bathers, accidents waiting to happen. Glad to be back home! May be cold and damp in England but I do have a bed here.

Very, very good! The room was clean and both aircon and heating worked. Stayed at this hotel twice and both times have been excellent.
There is a lifeguard round the pool at times so it is extra safe for children. 2 pools one children’s pool. Little play area for children, games room with computers(slot to put money in) and ping pong table. Very near lots of amenities and very, very good service. Deserves to be 4/5 star. Food was excellent.

We booked this hotel a day before we went, we was a bit concerned about what the hotel was like, because at the time we could not find any review for this hotel, but when we got of the coach and we was amazed by how fantastic the hotel looked from the entrance and we hoped that the inside would look as good!
When we got into the reception area we were delighted! It was so beautiful and clean and the bedrooms were fantastic too! The food was good and fresh not like some of the previous hotels we had stayed at.
I would seriously recommend this fantastic hotel, it’s that good we have booked for next year already. Go to this hotel you wont be disappointed.
