we went there for our honeymoon they never did anything special although they made us feel welcome and it was very clean and tidy. the food was small portions although it was very nice.... breakfast portions were very small. the staff were very friendly and helpful... more

Just back from Claymore. room was very clean, at front of hotel, with breath taking view of Loch Long. Bathroom had no shower, thats the only negative thing i can say.
Food was good, and portions were fine,
Staff friendly and helpful,
Would reccomend to anyone thinking of going

after reading other reveiws was a bit wary but neednt have worried. the hotel was a bit basic but very clean, the staff were very helpful and polite and although the food portions were a bit small they were more than adequate after 3 courses. All in all it was excellent value for money and we would certainly stay there again

Me and my partner booked an all inclusive trip via national holidays and didn't expect five star luxury, what we got were comfortable basic (and very clean) rooms, adequate food, and a free bar, and I thought it was well worth it, 99 quid you can't complain, I'd happily go again and plan to in the near future
