A warning to anyone thinging of booking a holiday at this hotel:- We have just returned from a week all inclusive and have never had a hotel like it. safe in room did not work -had to hire a box behind reception, food discusting- soup once in 7 days, bacon once in 7 days, desert 4 times in 7 days. ran out of vodka 5 times, brandy 4 times, white rum twice, carlesburg once and would you belive milk once. no daytime entertainment not even music, 4 people in greek costume sang and danced while we were having evening meal for 1 hour "once" that was the sum total of the entertainment. 9.30am mon tried to cash traveler cheques sorry no money!!, lights on outside stairwell from bedrooms to pool bar area switched on 30mins after dark even after the day before we arrived an elderly woman had fell down them in the dark and spent the rest of her holiday in a wheelchair with her broken leg in plaster.Having said all this the hotel was clean and the staff friendly, but we would definitly not go back again.

Utter hole! Pool is dirty with grime visible on the sides. Management Never there and hotel staff unterested. Room was old and in need of cleaning and updating. The bed was worse than a "put-me-up" at my Granma's!! Food was barely food, all inclusive was a joke.................... Horrible place.
Crown Resort in Coral Bay, Paphos is by far the best of the 3 on offer. Sad but tried all 3. How they claim to hold 3 stars is beyond me, they shouldn't even have 1 star!!
AVOID AT ALL COST - WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN A TREE WITH THE MOTHER-IN-LAW

Possibly one of the worst hotels i've been to. Refused to stay. Old, dirty.
Manager never there to deal with complaints.
Lobby looks great, but thats it.

Pleasant and well furnished, if slightly worn around the edges. Well sited for the beach, though not the most picturesque coast in the island.
It would have been useful for us to know that the address is Gr Afxentiou Ave 7040, Oroklini, which is some miles out of Larnaca (though it's sited 100m from the coast road, not in Oroklini village itself).

My Mum and I decided to escape for some winter sun over Xmas this year. We booked five nights at Crown Resorts Henipa half board. Upon arrival the reception area was ok we were given our room key and made our way up to the first floor. Our room was disgusting dirty, smelly and dingy. The room stank of cigartette smoke and the bathroom smelt of urine. There was no way i could even stay one night in those conditions. I complained and they changed our room to a second floor room. It smelt slightly better however it was still dirty and dingy. As the holday progressed we found that the sink was blocked, the cupboard doors were hanging off and the heating didn't work (in December it gets very cold at night) so we were freezing every night.
The Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, to get to the closest shops you need to walk down a very busy dual carriage way.
Moving on to the food - It was inedible! For the first 2 nights we managed to force rice and sprouts down - from then on we didn't even bother eating in fear we would be food poisoned as they put out the same food just disguised in different ways!
Every night there was a party in the function room for locals the music carried on until 2am in the morning and the cigarette smoke rose up into the rooms above so we felt as though we were sleeping in an ashtray. The ironic thing is there were no smoking signs everywhere but be warned in Cyprus this doesn't mean a thing!
Please please do not waste you hard earned money on this hotel it is horrific we didn't even managed to last the 5 nights and flew home after 3 it was that bad! No way can this hotel be a 3* it shouldn't even be allowed to be open!
