Brighton Wave - fantastic place to stay
My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in early June and would both highly rate this hotel. Although it's the size of a guest house it really is a smart boutique hotel except it's much friendlier and more intimate and the owners go out of their way to be helpful. The whole place is decorated in fantastic contemporary style and local artists exhibit their work free of charge. Our room was immaculate, the bed was huge and comfortable and there were very classy touches that I would only expect from much larger and more expensive... more
Does what it says on the Tin!
Critical sandwich time...Great location in Kemp Town which is a top place to eat and drink. Fab Thai and Italian food right on the doorstep. The room was a four poster (although not sure about the chrome design- made the room feel smaller than it should) with a small but perfectly functional bathroom. Two in the shower means one person gets very cold ! Towels were thick and luxurious and the sheets crisp. The bed was a huge six feet wide so you could lose your loved one in there. Very very comfy. Used it to rest on between sights and eating... more
Very relaxing stay
Although the unseasonably cold, wet weather threatened our weekend in Brighton, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time regardless, due in large part to the excellent Brightonwave B&B. Partners Shaun and Martin were perfect hosts -- affable, efficient, knowledgeable and very, well, sweet. I've never met such likeable hotel owners before. Our room, the large four-poster ensuite with a view of the sea, was roomy and extremely pleasant, with one of the most comfortable beds and plump duvets ever. After a walk around by the sea and a lovely... more
Free Chocolate!
What a great place to stay! The place justs chills you out the minute you walk in and the owners make you feel very welcome. We stayed in the 4 poster room and found it very clean, very smart and the bed was huge (and the most comfortable I ever slept in). The LCD TV and DVD are a nice touch - as are the toiletries and the artwork for sale from local artists. A special mention is needed for the free mini chocolate bars in the rooms!! Breakfast was also fantastic (I recommend the filled croissants). This is the perfect... more

We stayed here last October and it is a very nice hotel. The room was large with very nice ensuite. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice as well! A great place to stay in Brighton!
