I found these apartments well maintained, well furnished, very comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great. Our rep, Doreen was very efficient, beyond the call of duty. She was a diamond, in fact.
Prices for both food and drink was reasonable, everyone from the cleaners to the management were very approachable and friendly. These apartments are very central,2 mins walk to the nightlife, but not too near to disrupt your holiday if your planning a quiet one. Il be returning again, hopefully sooner rather than later. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
I also went to Egypt while there, on the reps recommendation, and was not disappointed at all. It was amazing, and would recommend this 3 day cruise also. Enjoy.

Loved every minute of it!
The staff are extremely friendly, always there to help whenever needed, and when not needed, they are still there to give a smile or a drink!
The entertainment is limited, however, the karaoke is a lot of fun, especially with Arthur, so look out for him!
The rooms are basic, but clean and are cleaned everyday without fail, apart from Sundays.
No hidden surprises with this hotel, you get what you pay for. What I can’t say express enough is how friendly the staff are, and you WILL feel welcome!

A brill resort for adults. Lots of shops ,restaurants, pubs, clubs etc...a very busy resort, full of taxis.
The water park is quite out of the way but its brilliant.£14 per adult to get in. Open 10 -6.there are some ruins just a short bus ride away too.70 cents to get there. Our hotel was ok but nothing special although the staff were so friendly. Our room was very basic and in need of refurbishment but adequate.
Apartments are an ok size. Small balconies though .pool bar/bar open all the time. Jacuzzi, kids pool(small),kids area. Plenty of sunloungers. Some entertainment. Mainly karaoke. 24 hr reception. In a good area known as the tourist area and 2mins from main street. A/c is at an extra cost.
Safes are available for £15 per week but you get £5 back at the end of your stay. Would recommend on the fact that the staff are the best.

I’d read some iffy reviews from last year so was a bit worried, however, it was great;
Big, regularly cleaned rooms TV, toaster, oven (+ a full sized bath) with friendly helpful staff. Much much better than the 'basic' I expected.
Carpet round the pool stops you slipping and your feet getting burnt. (kids small pool shaded in the morning though)
Breakfasts large and cheap if you can’t be bothered to cook. Good evening meals if you fancy a night in the hotel (some entertainment for older folk)
Bar prices reasonable both there and nearby bars.
Lots of varied eating and drinking nearby. (the 'callers' at nearby eateries are friendly and polite but half a mile along the road opposite the nightclubs they are heavy and organised)
Cigarettes and drink cheaper in the resort than the airport, a much better exchange rate available
At local shops than the hotel (or the uk)
There is a beach almost on the doorstep but you have to walk a bit to get a nice beach.

Arrived at sunsmile at 3ish in the afternoon looked pleasant and nice, apart from on the night when we where in our room we had cockroaches running around the apartment and my babies travel cot. I was mortified. I managed to kill them only to have a family of ants come out of the woodwork to feast on it urgh!
The next day i reported it and to great pleasure was moved to a new room only this time instead of having a family room we were split up into two rooms so my partner was in one room and I was in the other. This they said was until another family room became available and one never did!
I understand that Sunsmile is closing down in November as they are building private apartments there hence the lack of care and attention they have in them. The children played in the play area along with crates of empty bottles and broken fans. I was very disappointed in this complex but did come back with a great Tan!
