Galeria amazing, completely unspoiled in National Park.
Stella Marina a great find, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, Madame la Patronne very friendly and helpful.
Food top class (breakfast a bit unimaginative and frugal) especially that which was cooked in the wood burner...apple tart flavoured with wood smoke, lovely.
Go before Galeria becomes well-known...car essential, so much to see.

On the plus side, spacious room with balcony and sea view. Lots of hot water, good shower and clean towels daily. Delightful room maid.
Swimming pool is lovely, well maintained and has plenty of seating, although there could have been more seating in shady areas.
Not to be recommended is the food. Small portions of mediocre quality overpriced. Breakfast coffee/chocolate was never hot.
The patronne is rather off-hand, appears not to care whether her guests are comfortable and certainly doesn't go out of her way to provide anything extra.
Galeria is very quiet and isolated. The beach is stony and shelves sharply into the sea. It isn't the place to go for a beach holiday.
There are other hotels and restaurants in the village which provide good food and service.
If you want to go anywhere else, which you will, because there isn't anything to do in Galeria except diving, a car is essential and be ready for at least 35 minutes drive over windy mountainous roads.
We wouldn't go back and certainly don't recommend the Stella Marina Hotel.
