The apartment area is kept quite simple and clean. The maid service came every other day, however some days they didn't bring toilet roll so at some point during the holiday we ran out.
The safety deposit boxes were good and a deposit is expected up front in cash, when we went they did not accept Sterling pounds and they also wanted a record of your passports. The lift is reliable, although very small. In the morning, the breakfast that was offered generally consisted of a bread roll, a cake and a coffee or orange juice, which I found very disappointing.
There is no air conditioning so the room gets incredibly stuffy. The small road outside is a main factor for a lot of noise (such as scooters and large lorries) so expect to get woken during the night whether the windows are open or not.
There is a pool area which is nice and clean, however, you do need to cross the busy road to get there. However, the buildings and things around the pool area must block out a lot of noise. The small bar and food area by the pool is lovely and relatively cheap and the staff there are really nice and helpful.
The staff within the hotel don't talk much and the staff at the bar area within the hotel don't really seem to be familiar with British customers.
