All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and can accommodate extra beds or cots. We have a fourposter room, ideal for that special birthday or anniversary treat, and one room has its own balcony with patio furniture and wonderful views. Breakfast is mainly self service, and there is a lounge with television and children's books and toys. There is no nightly curfew as your room key will operate the front door also. All the rooms have a television, tea and coffee facilities, shampoo, soap and bubble bath and towels. Please note the rooms are all on the 1st floor - up one flight of shallow stairs. Also available a 2 bedroomed cottage available for weekly/weekend hire -few minutes walk from guest house. A deposit of 50.00 must be received by cheque prior to arrival. If the booking is within 4 weeks of arrival, the full balance is immediately due. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period the full balance becomes due. Please note the earliest check in time is 4pm for the cottage, unless otherwise agreed. COTTAGE BOOKINGS - A letter confirming the booking will be sent to you with all the information you need to check in at the guest house first, and a list of what is included. A 50.00 non refundable deposit must be paid with the balance being due 4 weeks before.
