European Inn Hotel

Great location, rooms immaculately clean with an amazing 32 inch flat screen tv with full free view. Staff were helpful, friendly and had great knowledge of local area. The buffet style full english/continental breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. Will definately be staying here again.

I stayed in the European essentially because I suddenly found myself ending up in Derby one Saturday night; the first hotel I thought of was full, as was the first one they recommended. The European was therefore not a hotel I chose, but I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. £57 for the night in a clean modern quiet hotel in safe location 1 minutes walk from the train station. Can't ask for more really! Would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Derby.

Nice modern hotel close to the railway station. About a 10 - 15 minute walk from the centre of town (in high heels after a night out, probably about 7 minutes if you are wearing sensible shoes). On the plus side quite a few late night takeaways on route. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definately stay here again if I was going out in Derby.
