lovely room, very dissapointing service

We booked Ringwood Hall for the 21st and 22nd Feb some months ago as we wanted somewhere to stay the night of our wedding which would be a relaxing treat. We phoned the week before and the staff confirmed our booking and that it was for our wedding night. We arrived late on the 21st Feb, there was no-one on the reception desk and we had to track someone down who then just gave us the room key (apparently withour checking us in properly , as we discovered the next morning).
