Newquay is Cornwall's most popular holiday resort attracting a wide range of age groups throughout the year. There's plenty to do for everyone; surfing, diving, fishing, horse riding, golf, and walks along the many sandy beaches and coastal paths. For the children there is Newquay Zoo, Newquay Waterworld, The Oasis Fun Pool, riding on fabulous 'bomb proof' children's ponies provided by Trenance Riding Stables, and also the Blue Reef Aquarium where they have a fantastic variety of fish. The Eden Project and a variety of family theme parks are only a short drive away which would provide a good day out for all the family; or you could just spend the day relaxing on one of Newquay's beautiful sandy beaches. We have ample parking space at the rear of the hotel. The approximate walking time into town is 15 minutes; there is a regular bus service which passes the hotel or you can call our local taxi services. We can provide high chairs and travel cots for younger children. Also we can provide a baby-sitting service if you wanted to spend a few hours shopping without the children, and a baby monitoring/baby-sitting service if you want to spend an evening out exploring Newquay's varied and popular night spots. Situated where the World Surfing Championships take place and Newquay's 18 hole golf links and pitch and putt are just a short walk away. ** Christmas and New Year minimum of 4 nights only. ** We will require a non returnable deposit of 20pounds per person which will be charged to your credit/debit card on receipt of the booking. If your booking is cancelled 7 days or less of the date of arrival, or in the event of a 'no show', your credit/debit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. It is advised that holiday insurance cover is taken out and leaflets are available from the hotel on request. A minimum of 4 nights stay is required during July, August and September and over Christmas/New Year. A minimum of 3 nights stay is required on Bank Holiday Weekends. 1 night stays are not accepted during July and August. Children under 3 stay free and children over 14 are charged as adults. We require full payment upon arrival. General Information: A baby sitting service is available subject to availability. A travel cot is available for use but please ensure it is available for the length of your stay. Certain rooms cannot accomodate the travel cot (see room details for info).
