" This place has got to be the worst... "

This place has got to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. The vast majority of the staff are constantly drunk and look high on drugs.

The hotel staff then tried to demand more money from us on leaving, even though we had already paid in full.

I would definitely not recommend the Lowenva Hotel.
