This hotel lacks personality. Serene and peaceful is good, but eerily quiet is not.
It is in a very uninspiring area with only a very unsophisticated pizza restaurant nearby.
The room which was supposed to be a "privilege" room was in fact only a sunnier version of your average motorway Travelodge. The bathroom looked tacky and outdated.
The biggest issue with this hotel though is its extortionate rates. I have stayed in gorgeous 4 and 5 star hotels for the price of this room - Roc e Fiori calls itself a "luxury" hotel - I found it to be bland and depressing.
So disgusted was I with the feeling of being ripped off, I decided to stay elsewhere despite having prepaid the price of the room. Horrible.
