I believe they only care about money!
nothing interests them about customers, certsainly not customers comming first! they put money before anything!
i was appauled by the assistance from them!
they discust me in many ways.
the rooms are just about okay for the price!
whatever they do to there staff is beyond me i never saw once staff member smile and sound happy working there!
i would never reccomend this hotel to anybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
to play golf only!
i would not give them my money again unless they suddenly change there act. and care about customers and there staff more than money and themselves!
discusting.
for high standereds i was not impressed!

Very nice secluded hotel with plenty of outdoor space for golfers. If any golfers are considering visiting a new place, then I would recommend it.
The foyer is lovely as is the hotel in general. The rooms are clean and of good standard.
The staff are polite and helpful.
Note, there is also another hotel within the grounds which is the Mansion House. This is the elegant but older building whereas Wakefield park hotel is the newer and modern building.
Generally, a picturesque venue for weddings but it’s not cheap.
There is plenty of parking for cars.

We stayed for one night and booked two rooms. Our frend found hairs around the bath and toilet on entering the room, not a good start. Our partners played golf which was great.We however used the spa, if you call it that. Firstly we were told there were no dressing gowns which was unusual for a hotel with a spa. However, the receptionist on the main desk said there is dressing gowns but only if you book a package,so we werent being told the truth. CVlumps of hair in the steam room, uncomfortablew chairs, just not great.No room to get changed, no bench to put bag, tiniest locker room, just not thought about.
Breakfast was nice, lots of food cant fault that. Also the buffet style dinner was surprisingly nice. The young boy serving breakfast was polite but had an odour problem, not what you expect first thing in the morning. The staff overall not great, didnt smile, lied and really not helpful.
Golf good, food better than expected, place not clean, could be so much better as surroundings are lovely. Wouldnt go back which is a shame.
