Sometimes, especially when groups are booked with us, the public places can be a bit crowded for certains periods during the day. The MainStay Suites Maingate in Kissimmee, Florida strives to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction in our product, and as such, we are disappointed to learn of the condition of this room. Most of our rooms have new appliances, so the rust is a surprise. Thsi report has been brought to the attention of the General Manager for immediate action. In addition, we recently replaced many windows, so hopefully alleviated that situation. Our housekeeping staff was extremely busy in July, and although that is no excuse, it appears that a few things slipped through the cracks. We have addressed this administratively. We hope to be given another chance to properly serve and prove our standards to our guests.

We have some of the largest suites in the area, and we have diagrams of all three types on our web site and at our Front Desk and our smallest suite will accommodate 4 people, as even the suites with one King bed have a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa. We apologize if this was not explained thoroughly to our guests, and will use the information constructively to ensure our future guests have no misunderstanding on the layour of our suites.

Any problems at all that our guests encounter at the Mainstay Suites Maingate Resort in Kissimmee, Florida are taken seriously and acted upon as quickly as possible by our staff. Sometimes when we are extremely busy, response for linen and towels can be lsower than we would like. For this reason, we have almost doubled our inventory of these items. Unfortunately, we were not yet finished with all of our repairs to the paint and wood when this guest stayed with us, and we apologize for that. We have since completed our repairs, and we hope we have the opportunity to serve this guest in the future.
