" We enjoyed our one week stay at this... "
Submitted By: Miss D TomlinsonThere was lots of sunloungers by the pool in shaded and sunny areas so you could choose depending on how you felt. If it got to hot outside there was a lovely refreshing cold pool indoor which was fab. It is located near everything: bus stops, Fat Mama's, Bars, restaurants, beaches, harbour... you could not go wrong.
Eating out is fine. Best Chinese is Peach Blossom. Best Pizza is of course Pizza Hut. Best English breakfast is at Tramps, which is near hotel- its cheap and great service! Enjoyed it that much in Cyprus that we are going back for two weeks next year!
If you are travelling with Thomas Cook we recommend that as an excursion you go on their George's Fun Bus, as it is the BEST trip on the island it’s great for young and old!

Submitted By: Mrs S MasonThe linen and towels were changed every 3 days and the apartment was swept and tidied every day except Wednesday and Sunday.
The air conditioning - which is included, was an absolute necessity as it is very hot and humid at this time of year in Cyprus.
Our only real gripe was the size of the pool and surrounding area - it was too small for the number of apartments in the complex and as the local beach was not up to much, this was a disappointment.
We would recommend the following local restaurants - The Kingfisher Tavern, The Devonshire and Niki's Tavern all along the Tombs of the Kings Road heading towards Coral Bay for excellent food and good value.

Submitted By: Mrs Angie StuartAnyway loads of eating places near by fat mammas very big portions don’t bother with the Chinese, a couple of doors up from fat mammas worst meal of the holiday and it cost a lot.
Kings bar nice for breakfast and their sister place across the road was good to eat in cant remember the name sorry!! Brilliant holiday apart from bar staff.

Submitted By: Mrs D WilliamsThe rooms were well equipped and the towels and bedding were regularly changed. My one complaint however was how dirty the corridors and communal areas were. The holiday companies need to ensure that this is sorted. To walk bare footed in any of these areas was a health risk.
A restful atmosphere even though we were a couple without children visiting this resort during the height of the school holidays.
The surrounding area had lots of good restaurants but we would recommend the Syssfos roof restaurant.
" Worst choice we have ever made.
There is no beach were the apartments are located, you need to walk into the private beach of a nearby hotel, 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment was dirty when we walked in, mould in the bathroom, the beds was hard and some of the tiles were missing.
No way will we ever return, however, the resort was good, we got out a lot just to escape.

Submitted By: Mrs T M EntwistleThe room was spacious and well equipped - air conditioning was a bonus as in many places you pay extra for this facility. The pool was good although closing at 6pm was a little early - especially later in the season when more kids would be around. The bar provided a large TV for the football which unfortunately you could not see as it was too sunny!!! There were the smaller screens though!
The local bars & restaurants were excellent providing a very varied choice of menus. Fat Mamas was very enjoyable and was always busy. Other restaurants often had a 3 course set menu reasonably priced and good value. There were the usual tourist shops/supermarkets all close by and open until very late!
The bus stop was just 5 minutes walk away and the buses were regular and at 80c for any journey were good value especially to the lovely beach at Coral Bay. Unfortunately the local beach was not very good, but was only 10 minutes walk away.
The Tombs of the Kings was also within easy walking distance for culture! There were lots of car hire places close by although we didn't bother with this. Boat trips from Paphos harbour were plentiful and varied.
All in all a very good holiday reasonably priced and therefore we felt good value.

Submitted By: Miss Hr BingThe apartment is in a good place. The best bar around the corner (tramps) brilliant restaurants within walking distance. You have to book in advance for fat mama's but the restaurant I would recommend is tea for two.
Overall a good holiday but is more for adults than children.

We stayed there in July when it was very hot but the air conditioning was very good. Not that we ever ate in but there was a small oven and hob, tea and toaster together with the full range of pots, pans and utensils. Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days, beds made each day (except Sundays). Safe in room £5cp /week.

There was a pool table, weight room with jogging machine etc and an indoor pool to dip in after your work out or sauna. Overall thoroughly recommended. I would also recommend Horizon for car hire. Nothing was too much trouble and we had great fun with a 6 person open sided jeep.

Apartment was in one of the new blocks and was clean and very impressive; 2 ring cooker and microwave enabled us to cook our own breakfast on several occasions.
Maids came in twice a week with clean linen but came in most days to sweep the floors and empty the bins. The sun was on the balcony first thing on a morning which was a god send in the afternoon as the temperatures were still in the mid 30's.
Plenty of places to eat, but for good, reasonably priced food, The Outback couldn't be beaten. Most places though do serve big portions so if you want a 3 course meal for a special occasion, don't eat anything else all day.
Plenty of things to do and places to see. This was our second visit to Cyprus and we will definitely be going back as there are still places that we haven't seen.
