We had the best room in the hotel apparently (by virtue of the fact it had a four-poster bed). The fact we couldn't get to sleep in it because of loud music and air-con noise didn't seem to bother the manager, as 'no-one else has complained about it before now' - oh well that's alright then, it must be our fault for having ears.
Decor was tired, old and dated. Bathroom looked like something guests of Her Majesty would use. The shower barely worked. Ended up in the hotel next door. No apologies, just bad attitude from the manager. Makes you wonder how people like that ever get into the hospitality business.
You're better off sleeping in your car.
