If you are going to stay in Sitges and want a central location in a clean hotel without any fuss, then choose Madison Bahia! The rooms are large enough and very tidy and clean (ours had a terrace, there are four such rooms). The air-con worked splendidly our whole vacation and the staff were always helpful and friendly.
The only reservations we have are:
a) The breakfast (included in the price). It was very basic and sometimes things were missing without a thought to get some replacement (for instance juice).
b) The bar below CAN be noisy. However, we stayed above and it didn't bother us very much. Also, it only gets REALLY noisy on Friday and Saturday night.
Overall, very good value for money (especially in Sitges!) and the location couldn't be better!

Sitges is within easy reach of Barcelona airport, catch the direct airport bus for just 2.80 euros.
The Madison Bahia offers Good quality simple accommodation on 3 floors (lift) in the town centre. The hotel doesn't have a pool but is just a 100 metres or so from Sitges excellent beaches. Friendly English speaking staff.
The hotel is built over a cocktail bar but only seems to be fairly loud on a Friday/ Saturday, but it did not stop us enjoying our stay.
Sitges has plenty of good quality restaurants and cafes as well as many bars and discos.
