Fantastic hotel, clean, friendly and one of the few to provide breakfast in New York, and well situated too, flew home with American airlines who upgraded us to 1st class as we were travelling with my 13 year old autistic spectrum nephew.
New York was amazing, friendly, cultured, weird, hospitable, full of history. You need to plan an itinerary to make the most of it, definitely take in a Broadway show, eat at Ellen’s Stardust diner and mars 2112,go and pay your respects at ground zero and make sure to visit St. Paul’s chapel.
Go on the free staten island ferry to see the statue of liberty and try and go up the empire state building daytime and night to get 2 totally differing views, the subways are easy to use and a unique experience, all in all New York is the buzziest place i’ve ever been to and i want to go back again soon!
