Stayed for 14 nights at the Ca Saboners last summer (2010). Friendly, Clean, furniture a bit dated, and kitchen equip not great, but enough. Few single girl groups but mainly families. Have booked again for this year. Quiet place to stay, but close enough for all the bars and beach.Reception staff were brilliant and the bar and resturant area were very clean. Cant wait to get back.....

I really cannot fault this hotel! I have been twice in the past 3 years, one recently, and i hope to be going there again soon. The apartments are a perfect size and have all fatillities needed. The balcony is extreamly big, more like a terrece! It is provided with a table and chairs. The maid service was brilliant also. The entertainment every night was fabulous! A massive shout out to Neil and Martine! There is a handy shop inside the hotel and one directly next to it. The hotel is at a perfect locaction as there are steps across the road leading to the beach, shops and resturaunts. Every apartment has a pool view as the hotel is a 'horse shoe' shape. The pool is also great! There are lots of sunbeds to sunbathe and showers outside after you've been swimming. Absolutley LOVE this hotel and so do my friends who have also been. THANK YOU FOR TWO LOVELY HOLIDAYS!

june 2010 arrive at these apartments, family of 4 two kids aged 8 and 5 a bit worried by the reviews i read here!!!
worry not its all about attitude and your perspective, monday through thursday familys arrive and families leave as their 7/14 nights come to an end we met some fantastic people especially neil and martain the entertainment guys for the archery, rifle shooting, waterpolo table tennis and also being excellent osts during the world cup BBQ style buffet( my son now wants to work here too!!).
friday, saturday stag and hen parties arrive and leave by monday on the cheap weekend breaks, but they go out during the day and night so we only saw a few groups around the pool and me and my son had great fun playing waterpolo with one group.
massive respect to tony, jose, and manolo the bar keeps. the rooms are as you expect clean yes tidy yes functional yes cleaned regularly yes, its not 5 star so dont expect 5 star its like ronseal "it does what it sez on the tin!!!!" there is enough in the room to be self catering but hey the food is cheap enough to eat out either in the hotel or in the many resteraunts in Palma Nova or a short walk to torrenova or a taxi to magaluf.
in summary its was so good i was back in the uk less tham 24 hrs and started to booking process for 2011!!!!!
so hows that for a recommendation?!?!?!

Simply the worst apartments i have ever booked,Rooms are dirty and poorly furnished.
Also large groups of both male and females make noise all day and everyday.
Thomas Cook market this as a family resort which is not in a month of sundays.

First time we have stayed, great staff, rooms very spacious.
Ideal location for both Palma Nova and Magalluf, but far enough away to be quiet at night.Family friendlyand ideal base for couples.

  • Advice: A great central base.

I personally cannot fault these apartments. Me and my Husband went with our 3 boys aged 7,6 and 4. We all loved these apartments. We had read so many reviews before going that you are unable to get a sun lounger...thats rubbish, every day without fail, whether it be morning or afternoon we were able to go around the pool with sunloungers that were available. The pool is always clean and tidy and was cleaned every single night that we were there.Maids came in 3 times thoughout our 7 night stay and always left clean towles.
The entertainment was provided every single night, with "Gary and Monkey" always doing there very best to keep people entertained. We particualy enjoyed the Hypnotist, which my husband kindly volentered for lol,and the magic shows,my kids were amazed by these they were fantastic.
Got to give the bar man Tony a mention he was fab and my kids loved him.
Yes overall the apartments do need some modernising, but thats the same in most places, unless you want to pay a fortune for a newley built hotel, and considering this place is fairly cheap i think its excellent for the money!!
We didnt have a problem with any hen and stag parties we had quiet nights throughout our stay...until the final night where we did have some rather roundy people move in above us,so i dont know whether ther rest of the week would have been so noisy,as that may have spoilt it also for us!
Don't alawys read too much into the reviews it can sometimes put you off.Overall a fab place to stay in beautiful Palma Nova.

so booked these apartments as it was on the outskirts of the main nightlife of magaluf itself under the impression it was a family orientated hotel...there were 4 lads aged 21 so we werent too concerned where we were staying as we wouldnt be there much anyway. The 1st few days were quiet with families in early june but after that there were young uns everywhere. Hens & Stags etc etc which was all the good for us but if i had booked as a family holiday i would be very dis-appointed.
literally 5 minute walk from all the bars Magaluf has to offer. and a 5 minute walk to the Palma beach.
Rooms had everything you needed. very safe. cleaned every day...even when we were still sleeping! :)
all in all. Excellent hotel, friendly staff and good reps.
Any questions about the hotel feel free to contact.

Conned by Thomas Cook into booking this accommodation due to it being in the family brochure, the apartments are fine, the service is fine but to arrive at a so called family destination to find it full of hens, stags & large parties of males or females did not bode well for our 2 weeks in the sun.
If you class family accommodation as being woken every night around 2-3a.m & being kept awake until around 7 by the aforementioned gangs returning from a night on the town or explaining to your 6 year old not to try & blow up the "balloons" left laying poolside. No problem with the antics of the above but these apartments should not be promoted for families.

For a group of four girls aged 18, who didnt want to stay in Magaluf, but just outside, this was the perfect hotel for that. Magaluf strip was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel and so easy to find all the big pubs and the main club - BCM. drinks were really really cheap as well, which we great for us as well!!
The hotel was amazing! the rooms were cleaned thoroughly although the only problem was that there were two beds and two sofas, which were made out to be beds, but that didnt matter, they were just as comfy as a bed and we were given sheets and pillows.
Even though us girls didnt really explore the hotel, we could tell it was up to high expectations and the reception were always helpful, and becuase we were always there, they would laugh at us and be like ":) what now girls" haha.
Only problem with the room is that one night we had a really big cockroach which, with the four of us being girly girls, we were screaming, but reception came up and killed it for us!
The beach is across the road and down some steps as are the shops..this hotel is a perfect location for everything!
The pool was amazing and always clean and what people say about getting up early to grab a sunbed...they weren't all taken and i can say that because we would get up about midday and there would be plenty left...
Although I would say this hotel is more for the teenagers as there were A LOT of teens staying here when we went.
Other than that, this hotel is awesome and not far away from anything really! i would love to go back next year becuase it truely was the best holiday i've been on!

Great Holiday - Small Studio
8 / 10
Jun 2009, russlea

Me & my family have just come back from Palma Nova enjoying a one week stay. The Ca Saboners apartments complex was very nice - pool area lovely and clean although by 8.45 every day all the loungers were taken so if you want an area round the pool you best get up early! We stayed in a studio and although was very clean and also the kitchen area modern there was no bed!!! We had to push two sofa settee's together which we didn't know about at the time we booked or else i can say we would have had an apartment instead. Other than this we did have a great time - balcony also very big and our room had a microwave, kettle and toaster. We have been this resort now every year and noticed this year a few new restaurants had popped up which was nice - although still quite expensive to eat or drink anywhere. In fairness it seemed they had not put the prices up but due to the euro being poor you will notice the difference. Bar at Saboners also quite expensive - paid about £6.oo for local rum & coke - nearly fell off the chair!!!

just back lastnight from playa cas saboners, was there for a week. all i can say was it was brilliant. there is nothing that could be faulted. Except the space but it was our choice to have 6 in the one room instead of in two rooms. pool was lovely, bar staff are very very friendly. close enough to walk anywhere. A good place to eat is the easteneders pub and monroes karoke/piano bar.

i just came back from a 2 week stay and we had a fantastic time the hotel itself was nice clean and tidy
the staff are very friendly i can not say a bad word
the bar was a wee bit pricey but they need to make a living
rooms are nice and tidy
the pool area was cleaned daily as people left all the empties behind
and people alway complian about germans putting towles down the brits are just as bad i have never seen it like that in my life out at 6.30 in the morning to get a sun lounger
and not going on it till after lunch thats was my only complain.
i will be back next year
