i went there wen i woz 15. i thought it woz the best holiday ever!!!
i liked the entertainment, the nightlife and the food woz as british as u can get.
i reccommend dis holidat to any young person.
id been to Benidorm 2 years before bit i didnt rate it too much.

We had a brilliant time. It wasn’t too crowded and the weather was excellent laying on the beach or by the pool in Dec has to be good. Everyone was very friendly, maybe some abit too friendly.
If you're female you’re bound to get feed up with all the whistling but just stick your fingers up at them they get the picture.

Really well situated, lovely staff, and really nice, clean room. Prices at the bar are fair. Close to everything you can need, but far enough away to get away from drunks. Good family atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

Me, my wife and 3 daughters (Ages 25,16 and 14) had a weeks stay at the Orlando at the beginnining of May. I was very apprehensive going there reading the adverse reviews but I was pleasantly surprised that we had no problems at all with the Hotel. The apartments were admittedly basic but we were rarely in them. Apartments had everything you needed including a separate bedroom, TV, Bathroom, kitchen/lounge and they were cleaned regularly. Spent the entire month of February in Play De Las Americas, based at the Orlando Club resort. we went to the resort in april 2003 and found our app very clean and comfatable but very basic, my daughter was 5 months pregnant at the time and we was very concerned about the pool area as this was very slippy, i myself slipped and cut my knee and a lot of people were sliding about. it had no grip mats and the floor around the pool is all tiled.apart from that we did have a enjoyable week

This hotel has to be said to be the one of the most beautiful and the most pleasent places that I have been in, and now I have been in a few places that are 5 star and upwards! The service from each and every one of the staff was beyond belief, they came running to you whenever you needed them and they took care of you as if you were the Queen of England!! Having read the reviews on this website we were worried, but our anxiety was soon destroyed as we entered the hotel lobby. It was clean, well-managed and quiet. We were told where our room was and we set off. Luckily we accidently entered the wrong room- it was unoccupied though; and this room was the perfect size- it was clean and it had a kitchenette. I am a former employee of the Orlando Club Resort. Although the rooms are basic, i think it is a good place to stay. The animacion team is great! They do the day and evening games, karaoke and nightly acts. The pool bar and bar are not to badly priced and the food is good. The staff are always very helpful. There are always going to be a small amount of people that go on holiday, that have some problems. But if you don't ask someone to sort out the problem, they cant. Just returned home from tenerife on friday, we stayed in the orlando i thought the place was lovely, the staff where helpful and friendly. the rooms where basic but comfortable, and the cleaners came in 4 days and brushed floors, cleaned the bathroom, changed towels etc.the only disadvantage was all the stairs to our room but when we where up we had a great view over the pool and sea! i would definately go back!

i went to the orlando in aug last year with my husband and tow kids and we loved it there is plently to do and the entertainment was great!!!the rooms and basic but clean but it is a two star i didnt expect a four star!!!there were no cockroaches but if there had of been it wouldnt of bothered me and u would expect them in that heat!!!i really enjoyed and would go back and as for the people that have complained its not the accommdation its who you with and what you make of the place while your there!!!!!!!!!
