We have just returned from 2 weeks in Bitez. The Sah Hotel is fantastic and we could not fault it. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The rooms were cleaned daily inc. towels (+ towels were given for sunbeds which is not mentioned in the brochures). It is a perfect setting in the heart of the resort surrounded by many nice restaurants & bars. If you are a couple (of any age) looking for relaxation, good food and friendly people, there is no need to venture into Bodrum or Gumbet on an evening. The hotel was really peaceful and secluded with the feeling of a garden of eden. The swimming pool was never over crowded during our stay. We would use about 3-4 sunbeds each day without anyone batting an eyelid! We made some fabulous friends (all English), had great laughs and best of all have such happy memories that will last forever. We never usually return to a place once we’ve visited but are considering going back next year! If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend spending the extra money for a superior room or a suite. I would recommend a turkish bath early in your holiday as this leaves your skin feeling fresh and is a great experience. There is a small hair salon near the internet cafe where my husband had a turkish shave with the whole works for very little money. If you are staying for 2 weeks and want to see Turkey we would recommend the 2 day trip to see Ephisus and Pammukale, but watch out for the visits to the carpet centres, turkish delight factories and many more! (they don't tell you about these when you book!) We booked a lot of our trips through the local travel company in Bitez - Alina Travel. We also booked an adult only day cruise through our rep and although it seemed expensive it was worth every penny. We really liked Bambu restaurant on the front who made it possible for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a candlelit dinner for 2 on the beach (with a personalised cake!) We also enjoyed eating at Lavas. This is set back from the front but not to be missed. We enjoyed some beautiful traditional turkish food there inc. their homemade bread which is divine. The Bitez Taverna was another nice place where you could eat in the garden! (very reasonably priced but good food). Overall, it was a fantastic holiday and two weeks was not long enough. One last tip would be to take some english money too. The Turkish currency is Lira but they will happily accept English pounds and even the Euro
- Advice: I love Turkey but this is the best so far

We had 2 weeks here, we were looking for a small, quiet, friendly hotel and we found it. Best of all, it was adult only so there were no interruptions! The hotel played no music by the pool either during the day. In the evening, some very soft music was piped through some small speakers which was very relaxing when sitting outside with a drink.
The overall environment was great; the pool was a good size with a great whirlpool at one end, and there were enough sunbeds to go round, plus some really big scatter cushions which were really comfortable.
Even though the hotel is right behind the main promenade, you have no sense of this as it is is so peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were always on hand and after a couple of days, knew what drinks you wanted so all you had to do was walk into the bar, they would tell you what you wanted (!) and would bring them to your sunbed!
We had one of the standard rooms which was an average size and quite nicely furnished. Seeing as you tend not to spend much time in it, it was perfectly OK.
I could quite happily have stayed another week. Overall I was very, very impressed with this hotel and would dearly love to go back. However, as I now have a 5 month old daughter, this is no longer possible!!!

This was our 3rd time in Turkey but our first in Bitez. Wow! The Sah Hotel was located very cleverly on the beach but seperated by a small passage down the side of the Sah restaurant. The room was huge as hotel rooms go, the cleanliness was 10/10 and the bed was huge! There was a walk in wet room and lovely contemporary furniture. The staff were lovely and so were the owners who were both English and Turkish so great for the lingo! You need to upgrade to a Deluxe room if you want to experience the space and large bed though; we stayed in room number 4 if that's any help. The standard rooms are much smaller. It is a low key hotel, quiet at all times and the breakfast area is just lovely; like a mediteranean garden. Murat was brilliant (butler/waiter/handyman/barman) and always had a smile on his face. We are booking very shortly for next year already! I don't often like to leave reviews as all opinions vary but I am leaving this review with complete confidence.
