Es Moli Hotel

We thoroughly enoyed a few days at this superbly located hotel. Our room was comfortable with wonderful views over the valley and the delightful grounds. Only problem was a bird which thought that 2.30am was the right time to start the dawn chorus immediately outside our room! We avoided eating in the hotel itself, as reviews have been mixed and at least one other resident couple were unimpressed. Enjoyed 10 days in this beautifully positioned Hotel. Staff very good especially front desk. Room average but adequate. Pool area great with superb views.Food disappointing but there are some very good restaurants in village. Quite an uphill climb going but of course better coming back. Bar not user friendly for evening drinks.

My husband and I thought we would sneak a quick weekend of relaxation away from the children. The Es Moli hotel did not dissappoint, we found a super hotel with a 'retreat style' feel in a truly stunning village setting of Deia. The staff were positively charming and we will be back in May we hope. FYI we were reccommended this hotel by our trusted holiday company Design Holidays who have now sent us on 6 holidays all completely different but all suited our needs to a tee !

Es Moli is a privately run hotel on (I think) the north west coast of Majorca. No sandy beaches (but not far to go if that is your bag). Immaculate rooms and public areas and the best swimming pool on the island - spring fed. Mixture of residents, young/old/british/german etc. Quite expensive but worth it. Deja is beautiful small villiage and a car is a good idea to get arround (although small twisting roads make this a challenge). Food is pretty good, but not the hotels strongest point. We stayed here in September 2003, booking in for three nights. However, we ended up leaving after the first night. The room was adequate but really dated and in desperate need of freshening up. To access the balcony meant going up 3-4 steps and then climbing through a window. Most bizarre! The views over the valley of Deia are amazing and it is a very peaceful and beautiful place. Spent a very pleasant week here. Beautiful spring-fed outdoor pool and rocky beach (20 minutes distant by hotel bus travelling along very narrow windy road). Excellent food to satisfy all tastes, huge buffet breakfast selection and good selection of meals from swimming pool bar. Gardens are lovely and hotel is beautifully situated. We stayed in the Annex (156 steps from top floor to breakfast terrace!). Rooms are on the small and dark side, with hard beds, but we had specified a room with a terrace (this is a balcony but bigger).... more

Probably the best hotel I've stayed in! Half-Board is a better bet than B&B as the restaurants in the local village are unremarkable and the food at the hotel is more than adequate. A great place to do very little other than the odd excursion. One couple there had been to Es Moli 26 out of 28 years! Will go again next year.

Excellent Hotel...A Good All Rounder !!! If you want a great location with the best views of Deia...upgrade to balcony room facing the village. Food and service are exceptional Will definetly be returning

Very friendly service; great location; wonderful pool; great outdoor dining.

The most memorable feature of this hotel is the competance of the staff. The hotel is everthing a 4* hotel should be...well appointed and excellently maintained. The food and service in the various dining areas are of a very high standard.However, don't even THINK of accepting a room above the breakfast patio, unless you don't mind being kept awake be revellers until 01.00 then wakened at 06.45 by staff dragging heavy steel chairs over the flagstones as they set up for breakfast.
