Regina Mar Apartments Reviews
Immediate impression was "what a great looking place". Reception, restaurant, staff, all smart, clean and interested/interesting. Everything happened that should happen and more to the point nothing happened that shouldn't.
Sheets etc were changed on time and the towels!! Well, big, soft, pale yellow, fluffy, absorbent, all that towels should be. The best towels in all my years of Playa del Ingles.
Didn’t eat in the restaurant as we have friends living in PDI so we ate with them, but the restaurant must have some pull as people from Carmen apartments across the road came in for Breakfast buffet and the evening meal buffet as did other local holidaymakers. The breakfast was served till approx 10:30 but the evening meal finished at approx 21:00 or so - bit early for us but in common with other hotels and local restaurants.
You need to go to Yumbo etc for restaurants that serve dinner later. The room overlooked the town and the mountains rather than the beach/ front. Great views especially on the one night that we had thunderstorms!!!
All in all very happy with the apartments and sorry that we had already booked somewhere for March 2007 OR we would have booked Regina Mar apartments again.
Will stay there later in 2007 as we go to PDI 3/4 times a year and yes we do holiday long haul as well each year so we are not saddos (LOL).
We will def visit again - thanks to all at Regina Mar Apartments.
