Club Drago Park Hotel Reviews
" Hi,everyone who just wonder whether... "

Hi,everyone who just wonder whether to go in this hotel or not.I will definetly recommend it to my friends. It a nice 4 stars hotel, very very clean and bright. With friendly staff. The rooms are spacious with balcany. The swimming pool is good to relax under th sun and is just 1m.deep,which makes it safety for these who cant swim.:)The food was nice.We been there for 1 week on sept and the weather was hot around 30-33C and very windy, which make you feel cool and unsweat. The resot is small but nice and quiet. The hotel provided free tickets to the beach. If you like quiet and clean place this hotel is perfect .We have arrived very late but they keep us cold dinner and if you have to leave on your way back very early they give you breakfast too. There are plenty of food and local drings on AI board. It's your choice but we definately like our holiday there.
" We booked Drago Park as a last minute... "

We booked Drago Park as a last minute deal and couldn't really find much about it on line. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday (there was myself and my partner, aged 29 and 35). Drago Park is the ideal place to go if you want to go away and do absolutely nothing! The food in the hotel is good (though as with any all-inc gets a bit 'samey' after 2 weeks), the facilities are good, the rooms were of a good standard and always kept very clean.
The entertainment team kept the kiddies (and us) entertained throughout the day and night time! The only down side to Drago is that it isn't near to the beach - its probably a 15 minute walk in to Costa Calma (and its quite a hilly walk). The weather was fab! We went the last week of Sept, first week of Oct and it was a lot hotter than any website said. It ranged from 27-36 degrees, though with the wind, it was never unbearable. If you can, hire a car for a couple of days.
There is not much to see on the island but a trip to the dunes is definitely worth while. The beach at Jandia/Morro Jable is very nice. And if you are brave enough, try a bit of off-roading to Cofete / Villa Winter and try and work out if the 'myth' is true!

The hotel is situated well away from the beach area of costa calma but dont let this put you off, there is a free bus service from the hotel to the beach and the rest of costa calma (not really much at costa calma anyway apart from lots of sea and sand and much more expensive hotels) we used a taxi to return from costa calma and were charged 3 euros, if you prefer to walk it is about fifteen minutes but most of it is uphill. The hotel pool area was very nice, there was a gym, football pitch/tennis court and a childrens play area. We stayed here from the 3 to the 5th of June and there seemed to be about 40 other guests (so no queues) at the hotel at the time. The bar staff were very friendly and good at what they did mixing and serving some very nice cocktails contaning generous amounts of alcohol overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel it offered us a good standard of accomodation a relaxed atmosphere and we feel excellent value for money. we will visit here again when we return to fuerteventura. I booked this trip independently and got an excellent deal through Alpharooms I quoted AR661 and got a discount on an already cheap price
