The public rooms and bedrooms were all up to 5 star standard the service was acceptable in the restaurants and bars I am sure that where the service was a little slow that at other times of year when the occupancy is not so high those little irritations would disappear.
My 12 year old loved the pools and evening entertainment, my wife and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation. The Thalsso spa was very good and the other facilities in the hotel were all fine.
Around the hotel are several other 4 star hotels and a large shopping centre, the centre of Calete de fuste is a 20 minute stroll away
We had searched around for a good price and we eventually found that Security Travel provided the best deal for us as well as providing excellent service.
We will definitely go back to the hotel and use the services of Security Travel.
