Backpack was stolen out of the Hotel lobby within 5 mins of arrival.
The bellhop unloaded the luggage, left it in the lobby and advised the group it would be taken up to their respective rooms. The hotel manager and his staff provided me "lip service” at best and notwithstanding their instructions, were less than helpful in assisting. In fact they would not allow me to use their Internet to contact appropriate parties with an Internet surcharge.
To this date, the hotel manager indicated that he would contact me regarding the theft but continues to be less than cooperative. This is not the type of hotel or staff I would recommend to anyone. Totally unacceptable.
My tour travellers were also very disappointed in the behaviour and attitude of the staff, including the manager.
