My girlfriend and I have just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Margarita studios. Its by far the most enjoyable holiday we've ever had, the host Thannasis is just fantastic and can't do enough for you.
The apartments are very nice and the pool at the top of the hotel is great to sit and take in the sunshine, have a drink or be entertained by the brilliant Thannasis.
Looking to re book already, all in all I can't recommend the studios enough !!
Here's a link to the website to take a look at the photo's.

I stayed in the Margarita Studios for a week in August. Our room was absolutley beautiful, well air conditioned and fantastically cleaned everyday. The cleaners even folded up my clothes i left in a heap in the middle of the floor!
Although there are alot of steps around the hotel, i would not let this put me off at all, as most places are around the area are like this. It even ment that as we were sat by the pool we could look at the stunning sea views!
Thanassis, the man who owned the studios, was always around. He was very helpful and even slept in reception overnight for if there were any problems during the night. When he hadnt seen us for a couple of days, he came and checked up on us and checked that we were alive and well!
The bar at the pool is great, the food is wonderful stocking various drinks, delicious ice cream (which we had plenty of) and toasties. You can even have a full cooked delicous brekfast by the pool in the mornings. The studios were in the perfect location, just a short walk from the harbour. It ment we were able to do the 5/10 minute walk to the harbour front every night to enjoy a wonderful dinner but could sleep in peace without the noises from the town at night.
The town beach is wonderful and i recommend if you visit to spend a day there as you pay for you detchairs for all day, it starts to get full at 10 so i would arrive about 9:30 for a good place.
There is the most beautiful little island just a short swim away from Parga, easily swimmable for all ages. If you dont want to swim there, you can rent a peddle boat, the island is great to go exploring on.
There are many restaurants and souviner shops in the area of Parga, its a really lovely town. A genually friendly place. There are also trips you can go on, two car train trips which are either morning or afternoon trips and various different boat chips which you can book on the harbour front at night at the boats, or in travel shops at the harbour.
I also recommend the boat trip on CAPTAIN HOOK. It had very friendly staff and the seas we swam in were just beautiful, definatley got your moneys worth.
I will be going back to Parga next year, and I will definatley be staying with Thanassis in the Margarita studios. I just hope my holiday next year will be just as good, as it will be hard to live up too!

We stayed two weeks from 6th June.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought the apartment was excellent. Could have done with more cupboard space, but it was cleaned every day except Monday. Surprised how few people were staying but that was good, as we spent most mornings on our own around the lovely pool. Thanasios ( Stavros ) was nearly always around and he is very attentive but maybe a little moody. Beware the pool bar, pay for your drinks as you get them, don't run a tab!! We would definately return. You must note that from the ground to the pool is some 70 steps, we had the top floor so always an effort when coming back to base, but we had had lots of Ouzo by then!! Also Parga town is all down hill, not steep and takes and about 5/10 minutes. Best Restaurant, value for money and good food was Dokos, at end of road (100mt). We did only eat at "traditional" Greek Taverners. We are in our early 60's and although fairl hilly we really enjoyed the whole area, just took our time walking and rested at bars!! Did not think much of the beaches which were stony, and by choice just stayed around our pool most of the time. Went out on some good trips and especially enjoyed Paxos boat trip.
As a foot note these apartments seem to be very popular with the Dutch, whom we personally like.
We have since heard that Parga town gets very very busy from July, filling up with Italians/Germans

Excellent apartments, much better than expected. Rooms were clean and large, location was fine (the hill gets you a bit fitter, but there were many more vertiginous locations!), pool, bar and owner were great. What more could you want - it combined a chill-out pool holiday with the things you can do on mainland Greece.
From seeing and talking to the other people in Parga it was clear that these apartments were premium - the Manos people came here, and everyone was sent here if they wanted a pool and the usual facilities. Many places had no pool or were much smaller, and had fewer facilities.
Highly recommended, unless you struggle with steps - it was 68 steps to our room. That's the only thing that stops it from being 10/10.

These apartments were brilliant. The room was clean and tidy and we had a balcony where we could sit in the sun in the evening.
The swimming pool is on a sun terrace at the top of the apartments and therefore catches the sun until late into the evening. It’s only a short distance to the town / beach / cafes etc. The owners are friendly and welcoming! I could thoroughly recommend these apartments. We're planning our return visit now!

This is a great place to stay. Tidy rooms within easy walking distance of the town.
The owner cannot do enough for you - a great guy. He has put the pool on top of the complex so it has a great view and is very calming - especially when you are enjoying a drink at the bar or the famous breakfast.
Go....
