Sebnem Apartments

The manager was the most arogant person i have ever met. He spoke to me and my friends in a very offensive way. The rooms are very small and tacky, the maid cleaned our room twice in 11 days and once when she did - she robbed my friends ipod as we saw it on her the next day. The pool is very small and be careful about booking with this hotel because the manager will promise you all the best facilities like a balcony poolside or air conditioning but you get neither. I visited these apartments in august 2009 with my husband and my father. We had a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff. The apartments are very roomy and they are cleaned every day. All of the staff are very helpful and cannot do enough for you. We arrived late but they sent out for some food for us. The apartments are in a central position and handy for bars, restaurants and the beach. My father has breathing difficulties but he managed to get to all of the above. We will be going again next year and would recommend these... more

just back from these apartments and after being nervous because of lack of reviews, had a really good time. this was my 3rd time in marmaris and the location of Sebnem apartments is the best i have stayed in. tjust off from the main street there was no need for taxis or dolmus (except to icmeler) The rooms are basic but have everything you need and they are cleaned everyday. This hotel is just wonderful. The location is perfect. 5 mins from beach and beach strip and 15 mins from old town. all walkable. The hotel was spotless and cleaned everyday, basic but lovely and with the sun you don't need much in the room. There is someone on reception 24 hours and they know who is staying there and will only let those people in. My friend and I returned from Marmaris last week. We booked to go the day before we went so did not know what to expect. We stayed here for 2 weeks. Sebnem apartments are not spectacular but are everything you need for a great hol! The rooms are basic and a little dated but they are very clean, i think the maids came everyday and are so friendly! My boyfriend and i stayed at the sebnem apartments in July 2007, this was our 3rd visit to Marmaris! The holiday overall was fantastic, the rooms were large with everything you need for a self catering stay. They were cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed every 3rd day, we were also lucky to have a view from our balcony facing the pool. Couldn`t find any reviews on this property before I left so felt it only fair to let others know just how good these small family run aparts are.The 1 bedroom apartments are quite large (there was myself & 2 teenagers) basic as most are but cleaned nearly every day with towel & sheet change regular.I felt they were very good value for money.I booked them through Lowcostbeds.com with flights & transfers seperate.It will cost you £25 per wk for air com but that seems to be the norm in Marmaris & with temperatures... more
