Hotel Vicenza

We spent 3 days in Nanda Hotel, Istanbul, Turkey. The first night I slipped on a puddle of water at the entrence to the sauna , broke the knee and fainted.The sauna attendant and the reception clerk failed to render first aid or call the doctor/ambulance, the hotel lacked a first aid kit. Both people displayed most indifferent attitude. They suggested I go to the hospital by myself at 11 p.m. in a foreign country 2 hours after the arrival.
