I stayed here with my 7 year old son after having a bad experience at another hotel. We were made to feel very welcome. Upon check-in our suitcases were taken to our hotel- all the staff were happy and smiling and couldn't do enough for you- they especially made a fuss of my son and remembered his name and always had time to chat to him which was very nice of them.
The food was brilliant- the choice was exceptional- lots to eat at both breakfast and dinner- there were occasions when my son (who's a fussy eater anyway) didn't like any of the food but the head waiter made sure that my son didn't go hungry by making him his own meal! Not many hotels do that- they have the like it or lump it attitude!
Our room was very clean and fairly spacious- the only problem we had was that there wasn't much storage for clothes- there was a glassed off area with a rail but that was it so we ended up keeping the majority of our clothes in our suitcases. Air con was a bonus- this was free, which was great as it was about 40 degrees when we went! The room was cleaned every day and as a special touch our top sheet was made in to a bow shape.
The swimming pool was very big with enough sun loungersfor everyone so there was no having to get up extra early to get a sunbed! The pool was very clean as you had to shower before going in.
The location of the hotel was excellent- you only had to walk down the road to get to the beach and it is on the main dolmus route. The hotel is not in a noisy area although there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. The only negative thing I would say about the hotel is that there was no entertainment, however myself and my son went out all day. The day trips you can go on are well worth the money- if they are all day then they usually include lunch. Icelemer is a lovely place to go- the beach there is more sandy- if you look out for an orange dolmus it;ll take you straight there, it is about a 10 minut drive and costs 2 lira.
I would definately stay at this hotel again!
