What a rip off. 135 Euros a night, then an extra 6% when we got there for paying on Visa.
This hotel is so basic that you are better off staying in a youth hostel. The room smelt and the carpet was dirty. The bedding was ok, apart from one stain!
The staff were pleasant, but couldn’t really be bothered to help. The breakfast was a traditional Dutch breakfast, ham, cheese, egg etc.
The hotel is noisy at night, and there was no staff on duty. There is no access to tea and coffee, unless you want to pay an additional 15 Euros a night for a kettle in your room.
The area/location of the hotel was nice, but a good 40 min walk to the centre.
We were offered a "nice room" but what we got was a smoker’s room that stank, with tatty wallpaper and tiny bathroom with a hairdryer from 1970's which actually did not work, so be very careful when booking a room at this hotel.
You have been warned!
