Travelodge Belfast Central Hotel

Well what can I say. The staff at this are hotel are really great however you have to feel sorry for them working in such a terrible hotel. So Travelodge I never expect much however this is the most dated one I have ever stayed in. This place is in diar need of a face lift. Its in a great location. The bathroom was terrible brown staines all on the ceiling and around the bath top. No amenities in the bathroom at all. I hope some senior manager at travelodge puts this property on its priorty list for a refurb. One last moan when we asked if they could keep our luggage for us we were given a key and had access to everyones stored luggage this same thing happened when we collected the luggage. Security??

Hands up if you choose to stay in a Travelodge (unless paying your own bill!)? I stayed here for one night at VERY short notice. This Travelodge is OK for the type. My (Family) room was large. The furniture was a bit battered and the carpet somewhat stained. The standard of cleanliness was average. Some of the bathroom fittings were a bit bashed about. My room faced the square (7th floor) and was quite noisy (the hotel website does warn of this. The eccentric plumbing made a lot of noise too. Coughing was heard from adjacent rooms.
