This is a beautifully situated hotel, recently updated to four star status, but it does not live up to its rating.
The room was inadequately cleaned on the first day and not at all on the second; no provision was made for a woman using a hair-dryer to actually see herself whilst so doing.
There was nowhere to place a towel, except the floor, whilst taking a shower; the television received a very poor, broken up signal; breakfast, which starts at eight in the morning, is shambolic.
On the positive side - the food is not bad. The beds are soft - good for me, but bad for my husband, who has a bad back.
