Hotel Niki

Niki's is a great place to visit. It is near the city centre (couple of minute's walk), but far enough in case you're planning to get some sleep or so.
The rooms are clean (cleaned daily, sheets changed every 3 days), the food is decent (better than most other seafront restaurants), but the staff are the real treasure. They make you feel really at home here. Very helpful, very pleasant, always ready to make friends.
If you go drinking, Niki's is not a bad place to do it. The bar is (as I understand, because this is not the peak of the season) really popular, the drinks are cheap, and the free drinks just keep coming. Also, Ari (the manager) is a real party-driver, with his "Yamas!" (Cheers in Greek) exclamations and constant shots of raki, the local stiff drink.
Downers might include the over-zealous cleaning lady who doesn't speak much English and the noise which can be heard from the town centre clubs at night. Anyway, you can't really go wrong in choosing Niki's.
