" what a nightmare "

I recently stayed with my husband at the caledionan hotel.I was surprised to be given a bedroom with only one bed made and the room dirty,I went to reception and yet again ended up in the same position.I am now wondering what have we done here.The third room was just like it,finally a lad from Ireland who works there sorted out this problem and got us a cleaned room while out of embarassment offered us comp dinner and wine on the instructions of the manager who appearently wasnt in the hotel....never again will be staying here.
We dont know your name but to the Irish lad thank you,Get a right job some where else your too good to work their.

Advice: look before you stay

Activities: ullapool is a lovely area
