Very old and tired in need of total refurbishment (2 million as they say is to happen in Octtober will just skim the surface) Some of the staff unpleasant especially the "greeter" in the dining room,his answer to any problem was "we have 260+ rooms and just fill in the comments card"The carpet had white mould on it probably result of leeking radiator.The bath was stained couldn't risk having a bath! One of the chaps from reception came tosee us and said it was unacceptable -need I say anymore.Don't go there unless you are given a room in the Stirling suite
