Just what we wanted as a family of four after a long journey. Staff were very helpful, extra pillows asked for and immediately delivered to our room.
The accommodation was clean and tidy and a choice of taking a shower or bath is excellent.
Meals can be taken at the adjoining service area which also clean and meal prices were reasonable. You get a choice of also taking a continental breakfast in your room.
Would recommend though that you check when first booking the age restrictions to children staying in a family room.
