Very nice hotel, very clean and modern. Plenty of parking and the rooms are great, wooden floors, trendy furniture and bed linen. Looks classy and yet very affordable if book in advance. Loved the bathroom, large and looks cool. Very modern.
Only draw back to the hotel is that its too far out of the city to walk in (well, walk in and back) so you'd have to get a taxi or drive but will stay again.

Stayed for the weekend and the hotel was fully booked. Rooms are modern and comfortable.
We had a room which backed onto the main road and there was a hum of the traffic, however, it wasn’t bad enough to keep you awake for hours. The bathroom was nice but the shower could easily flood. Rooms are reasonably priced as it includes breakfast.
You would need a car (or lots of taxis) as on the outskirts of Swansea (the docks). Too far to walk into town but only a few minutes in a car. Has a bar/cafe "The hub" that seemed popular in the evenings.

This hotel is set outside Swansea centre. It isn't really walking distance, but most people visiting the hotel would probably be looking to travel further afield anyway and would have a car.
The hotel was modern and the rooms were comfortable. The curtains were 'black-out' curtains which I liked. The bathroom was good with a good power shower.
Breakfast was simple, selection of cereals and breads, there were sausages and beans available, but the hotel staff were slow at replacing the food when it ran out.
When I stayed there I was woken up around 7am to the fire alarm going off, it lasted about 30 seconds then went off. This was repeated at about 7:30am. I asked why this was when I checked out and was told someone (a guest) had burnt the toast in the toaster. I feel the alarm system was probably a bit over sensitive and I was not offered an apology from the staff.

This was by far one of the worst places I have visited and stayed at.
My partner and I went for a weekend there. There was no leisure club so we couldn't go swimming or use a gym. The room was not great, but it wasn't bad, you wouldn't expect to pay such an expensive price for it though.
The breakfast was awful. It arrived very late, cold and without everything we had ordered. Parts of it were burnt. We contacted the manager who did not do enough to rectify the situation, he offered us buy one get one free on dinner, which was also pretty awful.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the room was not cleaned properly. Overall not a very good stay at all.
