I have stayed in this hotel before and had a really bad meal, however, this time I eat at a different restaurant, and it was lovely.
The hotel was decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations and trees everywhere. I would certainly recommend a visit to this resort at Christmas.
I stayed in The Manor part but you can still use all facilities in the resort just the rooms are cheaper than staying in the main resort. It is located in an ideal place for business or pleasure as you are minutes away from the M4 in both directions. I would use this resort again when on business in the area.

I stayed here for a night before a work meeting. Although the resort was very nice there is no atmosphere there at all.
The evening meal we ordered came out cold and we had to send it back, it was then microwaved and wasn't nice at all. For the price and the reputation of a 5* hotel this was not acceptable. The prices in the bar were also too expensive.
However, it is a nice hotel and the rooms were lovely. I will think twice before staying here again.

I recently stayed at the Celtic Manor Resort for a long weekend. The hotel itself is realy lovely. We visited the local walk in Ringland Woods and we wer very impressed.
It is very assesable and the walk ways through the woods are very well laid out.
We spent a very nice few hours walking and feel it is well worth a visit.
