Me and my husband spent a weekend at the Grand Hotel
and had a wonderful time .The food was realy good and the room was great,we had lovely sea views from our balcony I hope to stay again soon

We have just come back from a weekend at llandudno we ahd a top time but on the web it said there was free parking they are telling lies there is no such thing as free parking

Just returned from weekend at The Grand Hotel, my partner and I were more than happy with the hotel, pleasantly surprised after reading some of the other reviews. Great food, great room,great view,great hotel. Could not fault it.

The room was booked through the organisers of the trip, of which I was the coach driver. Upon arrival, the concierge was friendly and advised me where I could park the coach overnight. I got lost and resorted to call the hotel again, the young lady was very helpful ... and... more

Having just returned from a 5 day break at the hotel. My wife and I where more than please with everything the hotel had to offer food cleanliness , entertainment could not be faulted. We have been to the hotel on 5 previous occasions but this was the best and have booked... more

The Grand Hotel was very far from Grand.
The room was filthy, the toilet and shower was smelly. The food was bad.
The public toilets was not cleaned for the three days we stayed and the staff were few and far between.
On the positive side the hotel is situated in a great place.
