stayed at this hotel for my birthday in mid dec.was very impressed with everything apart from drink prices!quick and easy check in and out,free parking.be warned they take a £50 deposit on arrival in case for room service which is refunded when you leave.beautiful room,everything supplied,shower gel,shampoo etc.iron and board,dressing gown and slippers,hairdryer and lovely welcome tray,lovely views.close to the quay wheres theres lovely restaurants and bars and only 5 mins taxi ride to st.marys street,which is the place to go.had lovely swim and sauna all for free.had wonderful time and cant fault the hotel in any way apart from when we had drinks at the hotel bar,two doubles cost £22!!bit shocked,but the breakfast made up for it as had wonderful choice,nothing much left to say apart from that i'll definately be going back there
