I have recently stayed at The Bulkeley Hotel in Beaumaris and was very impressed.
The room that I stayed in had recently been refurbished and offered a fresh comfortable feel.
I had a sea view room which cost me a little extra but was well worth it, the view was stunning and added that little extra touch to my stay.
I stayed bed and breakfast at a very reasonable price and the food was gorgeous.
I would definitely stay again.

We were on our first weekend away (and it was Valentine's too) and it needed to be special. The welcome at the reception was very good, food excellent, the attention and the efficiency of the staff was second to none...they are a credit to their employers. We stayed in the regent suite and although the carpet was shabby and the bathroom completely out of place, the room's view more than made up for it. We were greeted by a bottle of bubbly and a rose and were made to feel extremely welcome. Seems strange that in this day and age, same sex couples are not always "completely" welcome in some hotels, but I can categorically state that I have never ever been treated with more respect by any other hotel I have stayed at. Taking into account the bedroom, I have to mark it down.. however, the staff really should get 10 out of 10. Da Iawn Bulkeley!
